社交電商平臺云集今日公布財報，財報顯示，2020年第三季度的總收入為人民幣10.667億元（1.571億美元），而2019年同期為人民幣27.731億元，這主要是由于市場業(yè)務(wù)貢獻的公司業(yè)務(wù)比例增加，以凈額確認收入。較上年同期的27.731億元下降62%，較上一季度下降25%。

自2019年第一季度以來，云集的營收已出現(xiàn)連續(xù)6個季度同比下降，連續(xù)5個季度的環(huán)比下降。

2020年第三季度的GMV為94億元人民幣（14億美元），而2019年同期為92億元人民幣。

云集2020年第三季度整體總運營支出從2019年同期的人民幣6.364億元減少46.0％至人民幣3.436億元（5,060萬美元）。履約開支從2019年同期的2.042億元人民幣（占總收入的7.4％）減少至90.5百萬元人民幣（約1,330萬美元），占總收入的8.5％，減少了55.7％。（i）由于商品銷售減少和物流效率提高而減少了倉儲和物流費用；（ii）由于傭金率降低而減少了第三方支付交易費用；（iii）由于人員數(shù)量優(yōu)化而減少了人工成本。

云集2020年第三季度銷售及市場推廣費用由2019年同期的人民幣2.784億元（占總收入的10.0％），降至人民幣1.589億元（約2340萬美元），占總收入的14.9％，減少42.9％。由于提高了會員管理效率而減少了會員管理費用。

云集2020年第三季度總務(wù)與行政開支從2020年同期的6,370萬元人民幣（占總收入的2.3％）下降至5180萬元人民幣（760萬美元），占總收入的4.9％，減少18.6％。主要是由于股權(quán)激勵費用減少，包括前期已確認的股權(quán)激勵費用沖減了人民幣1,910萬元，以及由于人員數(shù)量優(yōu)化而減少了其他人員成本。

云集Q3凈虧4,360萬 同比收窄15%

云集2020年第三季度凈虧損為人民幣4,360萬元（640萬美元），而2019年同期為人民幣5,130萬元。收窄15%；不按美國通用會計準則，調(diào)整后的凈虧損為3,640萬元人民幣（540萬美元），而2019年同期為2,490萬元人民幣。

云集在公布第三季度財務(wù)業(yè)績的公告中，還同時宣布了一項人事任免決定！

公司宣布，Chen Chen先生因個人原因辭去公司首席財務(wù)官職務(wù)，自2020年12月31日起生效。公司感謝Chen Chen在公司任職期間為公司作出的寶貴貢獻。此外，公司還宣布將張成奇（Chengqi Zhang ）先生晉升為財務(wù)部副總裁。他在云集的職責主要包括公司財務(wù)、稅務(wù)、融資、內(nèi)部控制、法律和合規(guī)。

張先生于2019年11月首次加入云集。在加入公司之前，張先生自2007年起擔任德勤的審計總監(jiān)。張先生是美國注冊會計師協(xié)會（AICPA）會員。張先生獲得上海財經(jīng)大學學士學位。

Chen Chen先生自2018年5月起擔任本公司首席財務(wù)官。Chen Chen在審計和咨詢服務(wù)方面擁有超過16年的綜合經(jīng)驗。在加入我們之前，Chen Chen是德勤的合伙人，自2002年7月以來一直在德勤工作。Chen Chen是國際注冊會計師協(xié)會（AICPA）和中國注冊會計師協(xié)會（CICPA）的會員。Chen Chen在上海交通大學獲得學士學位。

Recent Developments
Today, the Company announced that Mr. Chen Chen has resigned from his position as the Company's Chief Financial Officer due to personal reasons, effective December 31, 2020. The Company is grateful for Mr. Chen’s valuable contribution to the Company during his term with the Company. In addition, the Company announced the promotion of Mr. Chengqi Zhang to Vice President of Finance. His responsibilities at Yunji have primarily included corporate finance, tax, funding, internal controls, legal and compliance.

Mr. Zhang first joined Yunji in November 2019. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Zhang had been an audit director at Deloitte since 2007. Mr. Zhang is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). Mr. Zhang received a Bachelor's degree from Shanghai University of Finance And Economics.

Mr. Chen Chen has served as our chief financial officer since May 2018. Mr. Chen has more than 16 years of comprehensive experience in audit and consulting services. Prior to joining us, Mr. Chen was a partner at Deloitte, and had been working in Deloitte since July 2002. Mr. Chen is a member of the Association of International Certified Professional Accountants (AICPA) and China Institute of Certified Public Accountants (CICPA). Mr. Chen received his bachelor's degree from Shanghai Jiaotong University.
